My straw lid doesn't seem to be working?

Oh no! Please follow the below steps if you're having an issue with your straw lid. 

If your issue is regarding the suction through your straw we suggest making sure that the mouthpiece is pushed up completely to the back of the lid hull until you hear a 'click'. It should be able to suction up your beverage this way!
